‘Lichtkogel’ is an inspiring publication with a good overview of the status of the flourishing seaweed industry in the Netherlands. The booklet is an initiative of Rijkswaterstaat, in cooperation with industry, research and interest groups, and supported by the Dutch government (Ministries  of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Infrastructure and Water Management, and Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality).
